Our Management
- CAEF is registered in Hong Kong and all fund raising activities and financials shall be governed by Laws in Hong Kong.
- CAEF Founders shall not have any conflict of interests with CAEF.
- The financial report of CAEF and CAEF Ltd. shall be audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd. and/or qualified auditors annually and the audit report will be submitted to the Inland Revenue Department of HKSAR.
- CAEF shall regularly inform donors of all CAEF activities and developments.
- CAEF Executive Committee shall call for meetings quarterly to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the programs.
